Mr. Vishnu Lal Soni
was born on 21 April, 1974 in Pratapgarh. He is
the artisan of first generation. He was learning
traditionally thewa art at the age of 15 years by
his great talent & with ambition by his father.
Mr. Vishnu lal soni is showing his talent in national
& international exhibitions & honored by
many prizes. In year 2004 he was rewarded by SEAL
OF EXCELLENCE FOR HANDICRAFTS PRODUCTS IN SOUTH
ASIA for unique and great work in Thewa art by UNESCO. |

| Thewa art is a unique
art that is made on surface of glass. Thewa art
was known only by a family. Now not only Vishnu
lal soni is discovered this art but also he get
honored international awards. He is the only person
who receive this honored before him nobody get this
honor. He takes part in national & international
exhibition & bring this unique art in many country
& his journey is still running. |
